Non Immigrant Visa Category B (Business)

Phuket Consult provides a full visa application service and can help you to obtain this type of visa. It is issued to applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom to work or to conduct business.

Foreigners who wish to work in Thailand must provide the following documents:


• Passport or travel document with validity of not less than 6 months.
• Completed visa application form.
• Recent passport-sized photograph (4 x 6 cm) of the applicant taken within the past 6 months.
• Corporate documents of hiring company in Thailand such as:
1) business registration and business license.
2) list of shareholders.
3) company profile.
4) details of business operation.
5) list of foreign workers stating names, nationalities and positions.
6) map indicating location of the company.
7) balance sheet, statement of Income Tax and Business Tax (Por Ngor Dor 50 and Por Ngor Dor 30 of the latest year).
8) value-added tax registration (Por Por 20).

Non Immigrant Visa Category O (Retirement)

To start your retirement plans with in Thailand, you need a non-immigrant visa. Ideally, it should be acquired prior to your arrival in Thailand. Requirements for Obtaining a Non-Immigrant "O-A" Retirement Visa:


• 50 years old of age or older.
• Passport (at least 1 year remaining until expiration).

• Proof of meeting financial requirement *
• Bank letter showing funds or pension statement.

• Monthly income of at least thb 65,000.
• Combination (bank account + income x 12 = thb 800,000).

Non Immigrant Visa Category OE (Education)

People of every nationality can apply for one-year non-immigrant education visa, Phuket consult offers a service to help you gain your Educational Visa. Once you have obtained your visa plus, where necessary, work permit the hard part is over, or so it seems - there are still several requirements that need to be fulfilled to allow you to stay in Thailand comfortably and legally. 90 Day report

If you are a foreigner staying in Thailand for a period longer than 90 days holding a Non-Immigrant Visa, you are required by Thai Immigration to report your current address every 90 days.

You must file this report within 7 days before, or 7 days after your 90-day period expires. However, if you leave Thailand anytime during the 90-day period, then the day count will restart from 1 upon your re-entry into Thailand.

Work Permit Renewal
